Platform updates

One platform. Start with the work you need.

How NXTdeal’s planned packages, access levels and departments fit different dealership operations.

The platform should fit the operation

NXTdeal is designed as a dealer operating system covering customer relationships, marketing, inventory, sales, finance, service and operations. That breadth should not force every dealership to use every department on day one.

An independent sales operation, a BHPH store and a franchise location have different responsibilities. Our approach is one configurable platform with packages and access levels that reflect those differences. We are preparing for beta; these are the planned launch arrangements, with supported availability to be confirmed.

Keep the team connected without giving everyone the same role

Every planned package retains 20 included Basic users. Basic access is intended for contributions such as working leads, keeping notes, managing assigned tasks and updating permitted records.

Full Access seats are additional to those Basic seats and cover the paid operating workflows in the selected package. A role still determines what a person may see or do. Full Access is not a shortcut to administrator privileges.

For example, a salesperson can develop a lead and pass the transaction to someone responsible for deal execution. The handoff should preserve the customer context while keeping approval responsibilities clear.

Choose departments deliberately

The planned lineup includes Independent Sales, BHPH, Independent Complete and Franchise Complete. Service and parts, reconditioning, broader accounting, advanced marketing and customer self-service are available in the package or as eligible add-ons. The pricing page identifies the boundaries.

Turning a department off keeps the workspace focused; it does not change the package price. Adding a supported integration also does not mean every outside provider fee disappears. Those distinctions should be visible before a dealership chooses its configuration.

The next step is to map your essential workflow, identify who contributes and who approves, and use the pricing builder to describe that setup. You can attach the estimate to a beta inquiry, including the departments and team structure you want us to understand. Joining the list does not create an account or begin a subscription.
