Platform updates
What beta readiness means at NXTdeal
A working screen and a production-ready dealership workflow are different milestones. Here is how we describe the distinction.

Make the stage of the product visible
The NXTdeal website now gives dealers several ways to explore the platform: actual product screenshots, interactive workflow examples, package information and a beta interest form. Each serves a different purpose.
The screenshots show the product using an approved demo account. The interactive examples use fictional scenarios. The signup form records interest; it does not create a dealership account, start a trial or approve the use of real customer information.
Readiness belongs to the workflow
A dashboard loading correctly is useful evidence, but it is not enough to establish that every process behind it is ready for production. A workflow also depends on permissions, data boundaries, error handling and recovery.
Our security page sets out requirements including dealership separation, access controls, logging, backups and incident response. Those requirements should not be read as claims that every control has already been verified.
The same discipline applies to connected services. An integration needs a clear purpose and scope, and its availability depends on the systems involved. A logo or example on a page should never be treated as evidence of universal OEM approval.
Give useful feedback without exposing customer information
If you are interested in beta, describe the dealership type, the departments involved and the workflow you want to improve. Explain where a handoff becomes difficult or which report is hard to reconcile. That context helps us understand the work without needing customer records.
The Additional info field can include an estimate from the pricing builder. Please keep submissions to business contact details and operational requirements, rather than customer documents, credentials or payment information.
As access opens, the relevant workflows should be identified as approved, sample-only or unavailable. We will use platform updates here to explain meaningful changes and their practical limits. The aim is to make progress understandable, so a dealer can distinguish what is ready to evaluate from what is ready to trust with daily operations.
